happy dreamhost interface, what the heck is it?

Someone is trying to scam me I think. Im being billed by paypal@dreamhost.com for something called the happy dreamhost interface? Fraud me thinks!

Yeah. Forward the e-mail to ‘abuse@paypal.com’ & get them to sort it out.
